Per noi, gestori del Leprotto, la correttezza ci deve essere anche da parte del cliente,il quale usufruisce a pagamento della nostra struttura, ma deve mantenere una linea di trasparenza. La prenotazione deve corrispondere al numero di persone che effettivamente entrano nella casa. Inoltre i documenti delle persone devono pervenirci entro le 14;30 del giorno dell’arrivo.
Nel caso il cliente non sia reperibile, non quindi non si ha nessuna forma di contatto, la prenotazione passate le ore 14;30 , della data del check-in viene considerata come mancata presentazione. Il termine esatto è NO-SHOW.
La mancata presentazione , derivata da un comportamento del cliente non collaborativo , con noi della struttura , verrà decisa se rimborsabile completamente , parzialmente , o non rimborsabile.
Naturale se il cliente non si preoccupa di verificare in struttura la sua prenotazione, si rende irreperibile, fornisce un numero di telefono non attivo e nella messaggistica del sito non risponde, per noi la prenotazione non è rimborsabile. Siamo struttura privata non un albergo con reception disponibile 24 ore al giorno.

For us, managers of the Leprotto, there must also be fairness on the part of the customer, who uses our structure for a fee, but must maintain a line of transparency. The reservation must correspond to the number of people who actually enter the house.
Furthermore, people’s documents must reach us by 2.30pm on the day of arrival. If the customer is not available, therefore there is no form of contact, the reservation after 2.30 pm on the check-in date is considered as a no-show.
The exact term is NO-SHOW. No-shows resulting from non-cooperative customer behavior with us at the facility will be decided whether fully, partially or non-refundable.
Naturally, if the customer does not bother to check his reservation at the facility, makes himself unavailable, provides a non-active telephone number and does not respond to the site’s messaging, the reservation is non-refundable for us. We are a private facility not a hotel with reception available 24 hours a day.
